Does any one know if you can use Windows Xp Home Edition OEM on more than one computer. If so, how do you do it?

OEM versions are for system builders and intended for one time installations afaik.

You can install it on as many computers as you like. Unless Microsoft's activation system does not work you just won't be able to activate it.

OEM Windows can only be installed on the PC it came with. It can not be transferred to another PC. Indeed, if you change the motherboard on the PC, Microsoft deems it to be a new PC and you have to get a new licence.
