Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me. I know it's not a medical forum but I am really constipated and it's making me feel sick. Any quick-fix solutions? I'm going out tonight and I'd like to feel better by then. Thanks in advance.

Go to a pharmacy. There are different types of constipation with differing cures, if someone gives a cure to the wrong type of constipation then it can be bad for you.
