cant update k750i firmware

    Got the latest version of SEUS and tried to update the firmware to the latest firmware: [FONT=Verdana, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Helvetica]R1CA021.
    Didnt work, phone told me i have the latest,but i only have     [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Helvetica]R1N035 on it. Its an O2 branded phone. Rang O2 and they said i should be able to update it online or else they would have to that the phone back to SE. Do i need to flash it to get rid of the crap O2 software before i can update it?
