    Hi Guys,

Just to let you know I'm just of the phone to Lee Morrison. He has agreed to come to Dublin again for a UC seminar in November (25th). He has asked I let some of you guys know personally that he'll be coming back. As soon as we finalise the details I'll let you all know.

    Jon

And other good news for me. is..

Lee emailed me to say his instructor Simon Alpin is moving
to Thailand, so we are going to be hooking up for Urban Combatives
    over here.

I was getting worried I would go rusty on my combatives
skills, so this will be a good opportunity to improve and get better.

Hello from Lapland, and I don't mean I'm in a seedy club:D Thanks for the info Jon I was just thinking the other day about finding out if Lee was coming back. I have some of that, I really enjoyed the last day. Good to hear you will be able to keep up the combatives Gerry, you know yourself how important it is to have someone else to train with, there is only so much you can do by yourself. Cheers mate.

Go on Seamus...do not be chain smoking when your running that ultra marthon! ;-)

I brought some of the boxers the Urban Combatives DVDs, and show them it... they just could not comprehend what the hell it was, their so stuck in the Muay Thai world. so me chances of getting one of them to train Combatives with me has diminished!! LOL!

I do train me palms and slap daily though. just like brushing yer teeth!

    Cheers mate,

That brough a smile to my face, as I' just about to have a coffee, smoke and then brush my teeth:D So maybe a few shadow plams and slaps. There are forty nine running the ultra so as long as I'm not last I'll be happy. Also there is a seventy year old bloke and a sixty year old woman running as well. If they do me I'll be sick:o

I just got new Lee Morrisson DVD posted out to me in thailand. its all full of clips from various training sessions and seminars.... its good stuff... to use as a reference to see what drils and training can be done.

Some good Bulletman training, they had to pull Lee off the bullentman, he gave him just a kicking!!! LOL!!!!
