HP5150 Printer issue

Just wondering if anyone has seen this one before. I have a hp5150 connected up on an xp pc, but when i print doc's, emails, or test pages i get the header only coming out on the page! I have went through all the settings, got it working once, but now its back to the same thing. Any suggestions?

first thing would be to try to re-install it , get latest drivers from the HP site, see if that makes a difference
