From the guidelines referenced above ...
    2. If inserting images in the thread, resize them for the web. Generally, nothing above 700px wide should be posted. Also, no more than 4 images should be inserted. If you need to display more images than this, insert the first 4 and link to the rest.

sometimes i have to use snail up ,because the wireless would be down.
Living in dublin is great for broadband ,but when you've got a split line into the house broadband is not available
    Which is frustrating .

I'd love a bigger monitor. Why don't you write to my boss and tell him I need one? ;)

If it's 1024/768 you can't view it in a browser (not including the use of mozilla trickery) even if you go F11 full screen. It's a lot easier to consider a picture when it's all there in front of you, in one go. If people want to see details I'm sure you could provide a lovely link to a bigger version, or even attach it?

BUT anyway... as far as the actual picture is concerned...

I like the strong line in it. I like the texture of the pebbles on the beach, and the shadows of the fence. It's got a nice perspective too - but there's a lot on the right hand side that doesn't add anything to the picture (in my opinion, of course), I think that the busy-ness up there detracts from the original strong elements. I'd also like to see a bit more contrast, it does seem very grey. You could try converting to BW using a different method, I found a good one today here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/racedog/discuss/72157594166035055/ which I'm going to try at home tonight :)

Still trying to decide if I should ban you for the comment you made in the other thread... Not much in the 'new start' mood right now. My only failing is that I'm too damn nice.
