    Hi,

I've got a usb key that's looking like's its corrupt but i've got some files on it that I don't want to lose. When I plug it into my laptop, a dell inspiron, I get a windows message telling me I need to format the usb key. I've tried it on three other PC's with the same result. There all running XP.

Does anyone have any idea's on a way to access the drive to get these files off. I'll happily format it then.

If so Ive known Macs to corrupt USB Keys.

Ive repaired them in the past using:
    File Scavenger

    It should work for you!

It also hasn't been in a MAC but thanks for the heads up about them. I'll try file scavenger anyway and see what happens
