Hi, just recently after flashing to the latest BIOS i noticed that my RAM timings had changed.... The Row Cycle time from 11 to 16 and R. Refresh cyc.Time from 14 to 18, these were the only changes the new BIOS made. I had just finished an Overclock on my CPU when i noticed this. I changed the timings back to normal (RCT-11, RRT-14) when i noticed that my RAM was running at slightly slower speeds but now im a bit worried. Was it okay to have set these manually? My RAM is Corsair XMS 3200 2GBs, using Asus a8n SLI Premium mobo. Also when i was changing them back i decided to put the 1t/2t option from 2t to 1t as i had been advised to.

Manually setting is fine if you know what you're doing. Test it out with memtest (google it).
