or if anybody can confirm if any of the above problems have been fixed?

All I can say about emulation, for games built on intel/nividia console, to work on an ibm/ati console LOL

MS did a terrible job at most of the emulation.

I got myself a copy of Forza Motorsport recently and the sound is terrible half the time you can't here your own engine and then every so often the tire noise goes, big woop you might think but try getting a 400BHP+ 1960's Mustang around Laguna Seca when you can't here the wheelspin!!!

It's stil a bloody great game though, can't wait for the Sequel

Doom 3 is a bit dodge, the video's are anyway, and you can't skip anything at the start, like publishers or the intro, so it takes ages!

How so? The Sound is perfect in all other games I have played on the 360, and it's like bits of the sound are dropping out, for instance when you don't have any other cars near you most of the time it's fine but as soon as another car gets within "earshot" the engine noise and/or the tire noise disappears.

or do you meant that Forza was like that on the oribinal xbox, I never had one so I dunno!
