    Can anyone help me to format at HDD in the Galway city area and maybe install and OS on it for me also?

    Are you installing Windows?
    What version?
    Its pretty straight forward so you should be able to do it yourself with a little bit of assistance.

    Its easy enough. make sure ya have all the drivers before you start. do you have a resource cd that came with your pc? make a list if you dont and dl them. back up all your data 1st.

    Thanks for the replies lads.. Its Xp Im looking to install but after I formatted the drive there a while ago I tried to install it and it wouldnt work.. so I reckon i messed up the formatting craic.. I think I was trying to unpartition the drive and different bits were FAT32 and NTSC.. basically if anyone is around that could, well.. help me do it? Would be great!

    if tis a Dell the fat32 partion is usually the diagnostic utilities. its usually v small. leave this alone. if you delete it like me you will have 2 download it again to put on floppy if you wanna diagnose. format the rest in ntfc.
