Singer Needed

Were a new band based in dublin, thereabouts looking for a singer to complete our line up. we have about 10 songs at the moment that were going to be focusing on and tightening. the band is comprised of 2 guitarists, a bassist and a drummer. Weve been playing together for about a 6 months and we have about 10 songs but we believe totally in jamming and creative input from all members of the band, to experiment is encouraged. Influences musically are quite varied, myself, a guitarist have been playing about 5,6 years and listen to lots of different music but i think this band, well some songs are quite dark and heavy with lots of triplets dropped D tuning with insane (styleof) slayer guitar solos provided by our other guitarist with me writing a lot of the songs progressions sounding kinda like chimeria, soulfy or tool. other songs are more like creedence and hark back to janis choplin or grateful dead, jefferson airplane or jimi. We have a some acoustic songs that weve been playing at gigs, just two guitarists but our bassist is interested in playing them live also so a singer added to that would be very sweet indeed. A few others sound like maybe Mr bungle or Fantamos, so you get the idea. were still writing a lot of music that influenced by a lot of different bands. Because we are at such an early stage and our sound is still being shaped we are looking for some a singer who is versatile vocally, can sing in a few styles, isnt stuck in one genre of music, maybe respectful of mike pattons range, or failing that, someone with a powerful unique voice. Good lyrics would be a plus.
We would ask for dedication, we practice for about 5-7 hours a day maybe 2/3 days a week, would practice more but for work. Age or gender not relly an issue but were all guys aged between 18 - 22

hey, lookin for a band at the mo, not sure what im capable of but thought i'd give a go anyway. played guitar with a band before but it wasnt really serious. just wanna get out and belt a few songs through my lungs. Not sure of how good i am or anythin but ill never know if i dont try.

There very rough and i think i can do a lot better but they were recorded a while ago before my mic got ****ed. ah well...

im into Pantera, Down, Slipknot, Dimmu Borgir, Sigh, Stone Sour, crowded house, queen and a load more. im 21 and live just outside blanch.

hey man, i just listened to your mp3's i like em. especially your singing at the end the end of hollow 1, could you make possibly make another recording of some of that real heavy singing. sounds f**kin class!
