As it says, dont ask how I managed to do it but I did!!!
Is there a short cut to change it back.

Use the Alt key and the directional arrows to rotate your screen. Alt + Up will realign the screen.

Some video drivers or graphics card support screen rotation. The only shortcut i can think of is hold down the CTRL, ALT and UP (arrow) keys. If this doesn't work right click on the desktop, select properties and in the settings tab click the advanced button. The settings should be in here.

EDIT: Seamus got there before me :)

Have you got a crick in your neck from reading this? :)

Try going to the display options on your desktop and looking for an advanced tab... I'd imagine it's under that somewhere
