Noob Question: Moving to Belgium

I'm moving to Belgium in a couple of months, and was just curious about the TV situation. If I bring a sky dish and box with me with no card, will I be able to pick up all the free channels, or will it require some sort of freeview card? (Is there a list of free channels somewhere?)
Secondly, can I subscrie to sky here and bring the whole lot with me and watch rte and all the channels there as if I were at home?
    Thanks

    yes to all your questions

although to watch Channel 4 and five you will need a FTV card or a UK subscription

Would he not need a bigger dish?

Not really. Depends on where in Belgium - in some areas, the toy dish they use in the UK is more than sufficient.
