Mouth Wash ?

Looking for advice on what mouth wash to use. Used to use listerine stoped
using it as I was sure anything that tasted that strong could not be good
for my mouth. Now I use brand X from the super market as its costs a fifth
of the cost (I know cost is not a good measure).

    So any advice welcome ?

    Regards
    Whimsey

I wonder about it too, surely using after brushing your teeth washes away the remaining protection your toothpaste is supposed to give you after brushing?

Am the same with Listerene, just burns the mouth off me, but others aren't so bad.

I only use it now after a night on the píss and my whole mouth needs washing out not only the teeth!

Dont mean to scare anyone but i read an article in a reputable publication showing all the so called good products that cause us harm and Listerene was one of them supposedly causes mouth cancer.

I know that Listerine feels quite vicious, but I personally find that it's the best mouthwash out there. Plaque doesn't start to buildup for ages when you use it.

I stopped using mouthwash and I personally didn't see much difference to when I was on it. I agree listerine maybe strong and kill all harmful stuff in your mouth but in the long run it could possibly doing damage like stripping away the inside, could be talking through my arse but seriously the alcohol in it is shocking enough.

Also I think would be a note that, it Kills everything in your mouth! Good bacteria hasn't a chance.

I'm using colgate non alcoholic one, as I think that it might be less potent. I mean brushing the teeth well and flossing will undoubtly remove most of the plaque down with rinsing with plenty of water, Mouthwash especially strong ones might over do it? what do you think fitzgime?

I stopped using Listerine about a year ago when I was getting a very sore palate. Not a days trouble since.
