Business name (address change)

Hi all, I'm a sole trader. I work from home. I've just moved house. I need to change the address with the CRO. I've being checking online for an address form. Form B2 keeps comping up. But B2 seems to be for limited companies. Is there a seperate for for a business name change? Thakns in advancce. Kieran
