Can't install graphics driver

Hopefully someone can fix this. I updated my graphics drivers earlier and they bluescreened on me so I went into safe mode and uninstalled the graphics driver. Went back into Windows normally and it loaded up the VGA driver for the graphics card. Tried to install the new drivers (several ways) but I can't. I get an access is denied message. I'm running Windows XP Pro 64 bit SP1 with a 6600GT, installing 91.31 drivers

Make sure you un-install any previous driver in the add/remove control panel.

Ignore the prompts to install driver for graphics card.

Run Driver Cleaner under XP32 or XP64 to remove any remnants & reboot when done.

Run NVIDIA installer again and see if it works this time.
