    i have a free to air system and some of the channels on hotbird are scrambled such as " player" is there any way of unscrambling them

    Surely it can be talked about if the process of "unscrambling" involves legally purchacing a CAM and card with a legal subscription from within the EU

    That would be a good start. Some packages are only legally available to the countries they're aimed at.

    i have the channel on my tv but it wont let me view it .any suggestions that will help me please

    I went through the packages but couldn't find a channel called Player on Hotbird.

    THere is a channel called Player on Astra2 though.

    For some reason, we have to go the backwater ghetto of the "eurosat" forum for that....

    However, Player is a Flextech channel on 28E (not Hotbird) and needs a Sky box and Sky sub to watch.

    IF it is on 28E and uses Sky card, then you need a Sky box. Ring the number on screen to subscribe.

    My views on legal vs illegal satellite TV are well known. IMO there is nothing that can be talked about on Eurosat that can't be talked about here. Anthing that can't be talked about here, can't be talked about on Eurosat either.

    There are however useful posts on DigAlb (Albanian Pay TV) and Art (Arab Radio Tv Pay TV) in Eurosat.
