Planning to buy an mp3 player in the next few weeks - basically, am looking for a sturdy player to take travelling over the next year. Plan to use it primarily for music but also want to use it for movies - to kill those hours in the airports. Having done a quick google this morning, Creative Vision is turning up as pretty good option for my needs. What do people think?

How will you charge it if you are travelling?

I got the Zen vision M a few weeks ago and it is excellent. The picture quality is very good and it is not tiring on the eyes, as I thought a small screen would be. Battery life is very good for music - videos about 4 hours which should get you through most airport waits.
It can be recharged whilst downloading or else just get an adaptor for whatever country you are in.

30gb of memory will cover most music collections and still leaves room for plenty of movies and TV episodes

Get a cover for it or else an invisible shield as it does scratch easily

I'd say stay well away from the Philips, heard nothing but bad reports
