Does anyone have experience of moving to the UK in the middle of an insurance term? I am with Quinn direct. Has anyone any experience of switching insurers or transfering a policy from irish to uk operation ( in the case of Quinn). I got some UK quotes they do not seem to be cheaper than the Irish ones.

Ya i am in the same situ... I am moving next month to the UK, My Insurance isent up till end of Oct. I can drive my car for 31 days over there insured so there will approx be 2 before i can get reinsured...I will have 3 years NCB in oct and not throwing that away. But saying that all my insurance prices have been by far cheaper than over here. I am 21 with 4 years Full Lis, and will have 3 years NCB
