Just wondering if anyone has links for a bargain pc. Spec wise Amd 64 3500(or intel equivilent) 160/200g HD,dvd-rw,1GB ram,19in tft. Was thinking Dell as I would like everything to match colour wise but if someone has a similar spec system please pm me. With regards to Dell I have asked this before but are their cases made in such a way that it will not take a normal nic or sound card etc if you wanted to do any upgrade. Another words they make them this way so you have to get the kit of them

Nah dells will take any standard PCI cards, once you have the available slots...with the exception of their smaller form factor PCs like the 5150c or the 3100c. All dells will take standard sized HDDs, RAM upgrades, optical drives...the only thing that seems to remain non standrad are their PSUs and mobos. Stuff like a slot for a graphics card may only come on certain higher end models...be sure to check the specs page before you buy.

I'm not gonna recommend you anything...dell are prolly cheapest for what you want but you already seem to knwo what that is. Keep an eye on their outlet site, but remember that those machines don't come with a monitor...still a lot of value to be had one there...just not at the minute.

Cheers Wertz will do,I only posted here in case anyone spotted one of Dells specials that I might have missed. I was thinking Dell because I just need a machine for a work horse(internet,video-editing etc and not really a gaming machine but will not complain if it has a resonable GF in it:D
With regards to their PSU's you are saying they are no standard size even in their normal ATX form boxes?
