So they bike has stopped are you did a service on it? Not trying to be bad here, but have you done a service before? Were plugs gapped properly? Did you blow out plug holes before removing plugs to clear out dirt?

As Steffano said, symptoms would indicate plugs. I had my bike serviced twice in past year. Bike was off the road for 2 weeks last time because the feckin thing wouldn't start and I didn't have time or weather to fix it. Turned out the mechanic didn't change plugs either time as the plugs were expensive (estimate 60 for 4). So the old plugs were probably 18 months old. Bought the right plugs for 36 yoyos and it has started first time, every time since. I spent an extra 2 hours a day travelling for those 2 weeks because lousy plugs weren't changed.

Dirty old plugs and incorrectly gapped plugs would result in cutting out and starting problems.

Also as Steffano said, air filter is another possible. If filter is dirty, not enough air (oxygen) getting to engine fo fuel/air mix is imbalanced. If mix is too rich (more petrol than necessary), fuel will not burn well. It is actually petrol vapour that burns, not the liquid. The carb turns liquid into vapour.

Take it back as soon as you can - even if they didn't give you a 3 month warranty, which is typical, your consumer rights cover this AFAIK: "the goods have to be fit for the intended purpose". But you do have to get back in a reasonable time, not like next year!
The remedies are repair, replacement or refund. Don't atangonise the people, you do want the bike back. Let them know the bike isn't working. Ask them when they can collect it and repair it. You probably don't have a way of getting a big lump of non-working bike to the shop?
