In my experience, you just need to keep in touch with the foreman on site.
The estate agents are pretty useless when it comes to this kind of thing....all they're interested in is getting your money.
Grrrrrrrr!.......Estate Agents!!!!

You should visit the site on a regular basis, the builders are the only ones who know exactly what's going on....so any news will come directly from them.
