i need to find an au pair for the summer season...and soon. The girl i had last year was Latvian and she was wonderful, but promised to come back this year..even said she booked the ticket and never turned up! needless to say it leaves me very stuck for a sitter. Any hints on where to look... good sites or contacts would…

As in casual baby-sitter, or full time thing? If its the casual baby sitter thing, try http://www.minderfinders.ie Saw them looking for people, but thats about it.

We used a agency for a while, the woman was very good. Recently we have been lucky to get friends of friends. Drop me a PM and I will give you the number of the agency we used.
