    i have 2 ipods.

    1 has a bad hdd
    the other's got a broken screen.

    I cant get them open and i am still a tad squeamish about the swap.
    Could someone here do it for E20 or else send me the opening tols that come with new batteries please.

    Have you looked online for the guides on what to do? Do a search, I'm sure they'll pop up easy enough:)

    yes, i found many a guide. i just cant do it with a plectrum!!

    I've recently changed batteries on two ipods. It's not that difficult. Where are you based?
