Same as before as it would be the company who are employing you not the owners (not directly anyway) thats assuming that its a limited company?

i should have been more clear.i mean am i entilted to money from my current boss as he will have terminate my contract so that the new owner can take over the pub.
severance pay, am i entilted to it? or any other pay , redundency money?

Well as i said if its a limited company your contract will not be changing so you are not entitled to anything. If your new employer is giving you a new contract then you may be able to renegotiate your wages, but as far as i am aware you are not entitled to anything by law.

The new owners have a different conpany , so i will be in fact still working in the same pub but for a new company. i i will have to be made redundent and then re hired into the new company. this is where i am unsure of the law regarding pay.

This is what's called a Transfer of Undertakings.

Your contract is transferred to the new owner.

The transfer of ownership cannot constitute grounds for your dismissal and all your contract rights and obligations transfer to the new owner. On the other hand you don't have to work for the new owner if you don't want to.

The rules look very employee-friendly, but since all your rights stay the same and you suffer no loss I can't see how you're entitled to compensation.

I found this page that explained it all:

    http://oasis.gov.ie/employment/employment_rights/transfer_of_business.html

As long as the pub has been bought as a going concern, you keep your job, with all your terms and conditions as before. Legally, it's as though you're employer hasn't changed in many ways.

If you get sacked because of the sale of the business or lose some of your terms and conditions, drop me a PM and I'll point you in the direction of someone who can help you out.
