Ok, We got a CCTV system that can be accessed over a network.....

It only works with Internet Explorer, and it needs to install some kind of Active X plugin......

But Windows decides to block it, because it cant confirm the developer........

    How do I bypass this?

    P.s here is the error

Try the following Tools->Internet Options->Security and select Custom Level. Then under Active X controls and plugins there is an option to enable, prompt or disable unsigned applets, try enabling (or maybe just prompt) that and see if it makes any difference.

Yes, damn Microsoft for doing what people want them to. And damn them for making their security options totally non-obvious. Damn them to hell, indeed.
