    Anyone know of any recruitment agencies in Dublin that deal specifically with Programmers??
    Or of any sites that could be useful to anyone looking for jobs in the programming sector of IT?

    Check out irishdev.com for developer jobs. They also have an RSS job alert system which is quite cool. I have a senior Java position at the moment, based in the IFSC. If you've got at least 3 yrs java development experience, PM me and I'll send you a job description.

    I'd love to be able to apply to that position but...

    I don't have any experience in Development roles in IT.
    I just have my college experience and some localization and managerial jobs since I finished college.
    Any other tips??

    Graduated with Dev Degree but have been stuck in Localization for a year now. :(
