I was just wondering if anybody has a Home Studio setup. I bought a Meridian PA last year which has turned out to be a piece of crap!

What I would like as a setup is my Tonelab into the mixer, and a Mic(s) into the mixer. These should feed into my Mac for recording. This much I can manage. The issue is this.... The PA is fan cooled so its too loud and the overall quality is, as mentioned, crap. What I want is a decent set of Studio monitors or a small PA that will allow me the get good vocals and a good representation of drums(loops or midi) and Digital amp modeling from the Tonelab.

    Anybody care to give advise!

Buy monitors and ditch the POS PA
