Hi, i just had a new motherboard, nforce 3, new cpu, amd 64 3000+, and new ram 1024 installed in my pc, basically i had a guy put together the pc for me. Installed xp with service pack too and all updates from scratch.
installed avg, all my utilities drivers etc...
look into the task manager and pc starts running slowly, checked to see what the problem was in process explorer and it tells me that Hardware intterupts at around 80% cpu usage all the time. checked pc for viruses and spyware. perfect. all the hardware seems to be working in the device manager. Spent nearly two days now and i have no clue whats going on. tearing my hair out please some1 help me!!
