On tv just now some woman sitting in the IFI doing a movie news round up.

    She starts off saying
"The Word is the original versions Star Wars are finally being released on dvd ...." as tho
    1) this was news hot off the presses (it's actually nearly a month old now).
    2) this was still some up-in-the air rumour rather than confirmed news

but if that wasn't enough and best of all she raps up the bit with...
"Will be released for a limited period between September to December, making it the perfect early-Christmas TREKKIE present"

Haha, its annoying when people think the two are the same, I am a huge Star Wars fan but not a fan of Star Trek at all, in fact, I hate the bloody thing - you can imagine my face when my girlfriend gave me a present of "Star Trek" (not sure which one, nemesis maybe?) on dvd one time. "You like it, don't you?" "Ohhh...yeah, yeah, its great!"

Box was never opened before it was thrown into the bin a few months later.
