    It's a fake item type scam.
    You pay them and the item is just some shítty e-book or something with some "tips" or whatever about how to ebay properly...

    And yet the guy has sold loadsa them and he has great feedback - very strange.

    after you pay he problably sends you an email telling you how to make a fortune selling "how to make a fortun guides" on ebay

    It obviously works coz you almost bought it!! Simply design an e-book license it, mass sell it with one of those bots and watch the bucks role in!! Although with fees, non wins, non-paying bidders etc. you will want to be certain that your e-book will be bought!!!

    However people are going to share them the same way as mp3s and also refer to forums like yourself!!
