This is the 1st I have ever heard of this line of thinking.
Have a look... I would have thought Williams WOULD have lodged a protest because of Sennas death, but thats not the way Head sees it.

I think that the only reason they didn't was because at the time they were in alot of trouble with the Italian legal system for the death of Senna, as there was speculation that the crash was caused by mechanical failure or neglect from the Williams team. They probably wanted to keep as far under the radar as possible. It was probably best for team, or at least senior management that they didn’t bother.

Under normal circumstances, they should definitely have appealed, as Schmui did appear to do this on purpose

“And, in a sense, I suppose you’d have to say that if a man is capable of foul play once then he’s potentially capable of foul play any number of times.

grow up patrick, i'm sure you've lied to someone once, by your logic we have to assume therefore everything you ever say is a lie.

Yeah Patrick Head has i history of putting drivers etc down and never seems to analyse his own standards too much as is too busy giving head!!
He really hates Schumacher thats for sure but only because he never took a drive at Williams and defeated Damon Hill to take the title. Simple...sore loser. Get over it.

2 of the most boring people in F1 in the current climate and have been for years are Patrick Head and Ron Dennis. Even Ecclestone said it at an interview before the Monico GP.
