Girls Weekend in Kilkenny

Heading to Kilkenny with 7 other girls in July and I'v never been.. Anyone been to or live in Kilkenny town?? What is the nightlife like and what are the best spots to go to pub/club wise??

7 girls on a weekend nice nah seriously Kilkenny is a good spot away for a weekend but be warned it's not cheap expect Dublin prices,take a tour of Kilkenny Castle and the grounds are very nice,lots of bars,etc you should have a good one

You'll have a great time in Kilkenny, its a great spot for a bunch of girls! I was there last year on my mates hen and had a great weekend. There is a pub on the corner beside the river called Matt The Millers, it is a really lively spot, and a great craic, whether there be a band playing or a dj. Up the road from that is Lannigans, it's a kinda disco bar, and also club 16 (i think that was the name of it)..... There are a lot of other pubs around, but definitely go to Matt the Millers, its good fun! Hope you have a good one

It's called Matt The Millers.

Lannigans and Paris Texas also seem to attract the "seven women on the lash" crowd.
