If you type "tree /f" into the command line it will list all folders and files
I think if your add ">prn" it will send list to the printer

Winamp (at least v2, not sure about the newer ones) has a feature on one of the buttons on the playlist window that generates a html page listing all your songs. ('misc' button)
There are other ways aswell, like using the command prompt to dump the directory tree into a text file.
    Try using:
    tree x:\music\blah /f /a > mylist.txt
Obviously adjust x:\music\blah to whatever the correct path to your mp3s is... mylist.txt will appear in whatever directory you were in when you ran the command (eg. c:\windows\)
If the path has a space in it, you may need to enclose it in "double quotes" or use the shortened form of mymusi~1 instead of "my music".

Uh, although there are probably a thousand other apps and ways of doing it.

I've often used Directory Lister to do this. Lets you customise file types and sub directories to include. Quite handy.
