I've an EOS 300, I've also got a Sigma EF 75-300 zoon lense for it. Can I use this lense in the 350d? I'd hate to buy a new one. Any advice will be appreciated.

I would expect so, do they have the same sensor size? Is that the kit lens for the 300D?

(Bear in mind that half the time you get the body plus kit lens for the same price, or less, as the body only with the 350D, so it might not be as much of an issue as you think.)

Sometimes the old lenses have to be rechipped ,if yours is a newish one then
it will work ,but your 75-300 will be a 150-450 or therebouts and the field of view will be much narrower.

Sorry I misread the post originally, I thought you meant the 300D. I can use my Sigma 28-80 with my 350D but the 28mm is now effectively 45mm because of the difference between a 35mm frame and the sensor size of the 350D. As long as I keep the aperture wide open it's OK but it is a pain when I get the error 99. If you can get the 350D with the kit lens I'd be inclined to go for that, tbh.

As Brian said, some older Sigma lenses have problems on newer Canon bodies. For example, the 70-300mm APO in an earlier incarnation with a gold ring around the barrel would result in Err99 in the majority of cases apparently. You may be able to get it rechipped, but I believe Sigma have a cutoff point where they'll just say the lens is too old.

Do a bit of googling, and search on DPRreviews forums, or just take it into a shop and try it on the camera.
