It means he's been holding it for somebody since 7 April.

or its on hold until the 4th of July, then it goes back on sale if the holdee doesn't come up with the funds.

He's American, 4/7 means 7th of April over there.

About $120 shipping, less if it doesn't have a hard case.

He holds instruments for 60 days for a 15% deposit
