was just about to mention that, 25% off is pretty good if you were buyin a guitar or something, wouldnt use it for smaller things. I wish it wasnt only on this week, ive no money this week!!

Does anyone happen to know if they have any Roland GK-2s in there?

heres the ad on their site by the way:

MM prices are about 35% more than internet prices to begin with.

well my logic behind it is:
    800 euro= ibanez s470.
    -25%=600 euro
    no delivery waiting
what i see(and play) is more than likely what i get
cheapest online i found was roughly 500 euro(dunno if i have to include customs /excise) buit the guitar i have at the moment is completely knackered so i need something asap

what do you guys think, is it worth it?

Go for it, I would definitely advocate trying before buying as regards guitars. Although personally I probably wouldnt pay a €100 premium for the luxury

Your best bet for bargains is probably on amps - or in the computer software department upstairs

In fairness, only a sucker would pay the marked prices anyway, as the guys in MM will knock a few quid off for cash customers, and to make a sale. I think you can get 5 or 10% off most things any day if you look like your serious about a purchase, and they know you to see. So the 25% off isnt quite as good as it sounds. Plus, what the other guy said, their prices arent that cheap to begin with.

That said, id imagine there is at least a couple of good bargains to be had.
