For us in particular, this is a fantastic thing as Attheraces is part of the package. I've been watching ATR on my phone and the quality is excellent and it's only about 4-5 seconds behind. This is great if you're stuck on a bus, work or generally somewhere where you won't get to see a race you have an interest in. You'll need a 3g phone etc but it's worth it for this alone. It's also free until sep 1st.

You'd need to some eyesight to spot your horse in any sort of big field, I sometimes have trouble on a regular tv.

Depends on what phone you have though. I have quite a big screen and can make it out fairly easily. Plus the commentary will help. You're getting on a bit though Keith so you know...probably time to upgrade those glasses...
