    Howdy all,
I heard a while back that there was a website/program that you could
view websites that were blocked within work/college.
Last week, boards got added to that list sadly.
Just wondering if anybody knows the name of it?

    Thanks

Why don't your just run Mozilla Firefox off a USB key and configure it to use a proxy server. A lot of public proxy servers available

You can use dyndns as well to set up a dns entry for blocked sites. I use http://boards.dyndns.org to get around Websense in my job.
