sold a phone on ebay to a guy called (snipped his name out as he is genuine) for €150
    he paid instantly via paypal

got an email the next day asking me if i can send it quickly, as he was desperate and his name was down as "Mark" i replied back stright away saying i will send it on monday so he'll have in on friday, he didnt reply

got an email today from ebay, sent at 9 this morning saying that he had requested further information about me, and the email had my full details and his full details and was sent to the 2 off us

money is still in my paypal account, so i presume it is safe there, can he somehow claim it back when i have sent him the phone on?

    Yes he can

He can claim that he never recieved the item, and his bank could deduct the money from your credit card. Send it registered post.

Did you check his feedback to see how his other transactions went?
