as for the best client.. well, everybody has their personal preference..
it depends on what your looking for really?

my personal fancy at the moment is partypoker because of the massive multitoureys they hold late night...
but i've enjoyed paddypowerpoker in the past because of the ease of depositing and withdrawing funds..
as i've said, it's depends on what your looking for.. you'll find fish everywhere

Have you tried using google/reading the stickies? bonuswhores dot com and pokerlistings dot com is a good start.

Pokerstars has a sign up bonus code right now (they usually don't). It's not particulary good but you can read about it at their website.
