TV picture interference

My set top box is very sensitive to voltage fluctuations and so causes the TV picture to flicker off then on. Turning on fluoro lights seems to be the main offender. Does anyone have any ideas about a solution? Thanks. Uncleduck.

Installing a supressor (capasitor) across the live and neurtal terminals of your set top box to reduce radio interferance may help.

Your fluorescent light should have one of these installed, unless its a very old one.
