Ok was just checking out the ran guitars site there cause i was pondering what the prices were like and i stubled upon this http://www.ranguitars.com/annihilator.htm

when i first saw it i was like cool jeffs got a sig guitar but then i looked at the video at the side of him trying to showcase it off

And to be too honest its kinda totally put me off ran guitars all together, i mean the way hes talkng about it just seems really really forced like its a piece of **** or somthing i mean im sure its not but its really wierd.

On another note, i dunno many people who would buy a guitar with another guys band name on it, seems like a kinda ****ty signiture model to me, then again i wouldnt be too fussed if it played class.

    Done ;)

He's a wierd one, Waters. He wrote some really great music and some dreadfully cheesy stuff too. He can be his own worst enemy. Great guitarist though. Saw them support Judas Priest in the SFX back in 1991, I think it was. The other guitarist had split either just before or during the tour and Waters covered it all with one guitar. ****ing impressive stuff.

Back to the guitar, I've heard Ran make some excellent stuff but you never know. He had a Hamer endorsement back in the day and they were supposedly the best guitars, read him slagging them off a while back and he was even using them with ESP logos (on the Hamer headstock) when he had an ESP endorsement recently and he's since been knocking ESP. I wouldn't imagine anyone not in Annihilator would want a guitar with Annihilator painted on it, but then again, ESP think Dave Mustaine's new signature model has a market, so you just never know

And depending on what street you're on, the definition of "it" changes greatly! Still wood though :D

Says the man who payes more attention to his t ****rt, it would be class but one pu and one volume nob and an anihilator paint job for 1100 euro or so is not worth it.I mean if your going to ran its more than likeyly for a custom guitar not somone elses custom guitar.
