Well the football has been better to me than the horses, bar Angola ..., but anyhows for Saturday I've gone as follows for York only really.

2.05: Soulacroix win - ignoring a note I have on Saif Sareea

    2.35 Krugerrand win

3.10 Ingleby Arch win - plenty of talk about this horse for me to back it.

Also a combination tricast of Ingleby Arch, Tawassol and Pearly Wey for the fun and a trixie of Soulacroix, Krugerrand and Kings head.

Anyhows I have to go this Rugby match is just legend...

Four of the usuals for me today. I've given all these horses as selections on here bofore, and I'll be following them again today.

Hexham 4.05 Shannon's Pride has being doing me no favours in it's last two outings and is probably the worst of the four selections today. I don't think it will win but it should get in the placings. EWay. NOWHERE.

York 2.05 Saif Sareea runs again today (as already stated above). From the time I tipped this horse on here it turned on the style and won all around it. It should be able to hold off Soulacrix today, and Polish Power also has a cracking chance. Depending on how I'm feeling closer to the race I might do a Saif Sareea 1st, Polish Power 2nd forecast as well. Win. NOWHERE

Limerick 7.55 I was told back in September to keep an eye on Storm Becks by the owner. It has yet to impress me, but a decent 5th last time out is suggesting that maybe this horse is starting to come good now. I'll be having a small bet on it today, but will be watching the race carefully. If it can improve, and god it needs to, it should figure strongly in this contest today. Win. NOWHERE.

Sandown 3.25 Angus Newz had a good spell there for a while, and won at some nice big prices for me too. This animal owes me absolutely nothing. If it doesn't win today it won't matter much to me, as I've developed a soft spot for it. I'd be surprised if it isn't placed. Eway. Won @ 10/1.

Fair play Jak, I ruled Soulacrix out completely.

    Absolutely hacked up at 10/1.

By the way think it was mentioned in an earlier thread after it was withdrawn from a previous race...

Anyone have any thoughts on The Fonze running in the 8.35 in Lingfield tonight??

Very nicely done Mr. Jones. There's no better feeling after spotting a horse and following it's progress to have it come in a couple of times at decent prices for you.

    Well done Jonesy.

Wbailey gave me a ring a while ago...he's stuck in work but got word for a horse running at Lingfield in the 9:05. It's called Night Rainbows and he tells me that the source is a new on and caution should be advised.

I notice it's having its first run for a new stable, could be something.

Nope. I was working all day, then I went out to watch the Dublin hurlers getting beaten... As usual :(
