Jaw trouble

Following about 6 years of orthodontic treatment which ended about 4 years ago, my jaws have been giving me progressively more and more trouble. They are never really painful but the lower jaw pops in and out of its socket in a disturbing way when my mouth opens in certain ways and I think I can hear grinding sometimes. I can live with this buts its pretty annoying and I don't want it to develop into something worse. Has anyone had experiences of this that they'd like to share?

I don't have it continuesly, but every now and then I move my mouth a certain way and it....well pops out:eek: I know some smartass is going to put, then don't move your jaw that way, but for meit moves around. I haven't had it in a while but ifyour having it every day, I'd go see someone about it. Hope you find a way to make it stop, Doomspell:D
