Great Office / Desk space in Cork for freelance designers

Hey

We're looking for two more designers (of any persuasion - we're multimedia/graphic designers) to join us in renting some amazing office space in Cork (South Mall).

The space is open plan, enough room for at least 5 designers, with an extra room (large) for meeting clients. This is a place to work from and meet prospects, but also work in a creative, supportive and possibly collaborative environment.

Hi Vector,

I guess you're from Cork - so you'll know the South Mall and can understand that great office space at an affordable price isn't going to be on the ground or first floor on this street.

In fact this space is on the third floor (floor 4 according to your protocol) and the building doesn't have a lift.

The space is really great, and exceptional value - in fact I had two more people confirm that they'll take it today (I've only been advertising the space for two days now) - so now there are four of us and we made an offer to rent the space.

If we had five it would be dandier still and we'd be happy with that.

You need to work on your pitching. You're trying too hard.

Apart from that, could you give more detail on price outside of "affordable"? You are coming across very much as an agent/owner trying to push office space here rather than looking for people to rent with you. Also, posting the same thread on two forums is generally considered spamming, it's something you should avoid, or at least note in your posts, in future.

You really are full of advice aren't you? Right I'll take it all on board with thanks.

The price is 50 a week if we get one more person involved - so if you're a decent designer / person who wants to work in the kind of environment we're talking about then pm me your details.

I didn't mean to imply anything really. If I thought you were a commercial outfit or if I thought the spam was intentional I'd have just locked and binned this thread. I just thought that you might be unaware of how you were coming across and some of the rules of this forum. As a moderator on here this is something that I have to do.
