Would anyone know any free video conferencing software besides MSN Messenger?

The newer versions of Skype have videoconferencing capabilites and in my experience the quality and frame rates are quite impressive. I suggest you check it out. And of course, it's free.

    Net Meeting comes with Windows.

There isn't always a shortcut to it, but you can get it by clicking start->run and entering conf and pressing return.
