    NTL are a bunch of tossers who could'nt run a piss up in a yadda yadda yadda, yeah I know you've heard it all before.

    This time they are really :eek:@ing me off though. For reasons best known themselves the radio servies down here in Waterford are coming and going like crazy, one min you have bbc fivelive the next min you dont then a few hours later its back. This is effecting all the BBC stations and as I listen to BBC radio lot I'm miffed.

    I have already been in touch with NTL about this and clearly have got no joy so please can I ask you all to e-mail this addy Customer.Support@ntl.ie
    as if they get a stack of compliants they might just do something!

    I rang them letting them know that there where intermittant faults where I was living in Waterford. They wouldn't beleive me and told me that they would send a tech out, I wasn't too bothered about it and told them again that there is a fault and perhaps you should listen to your customers. Things don't seem to be changing in NTL even with the change in management. Hopefully UPC will work out better then NTL.

    As for emailing them I wouldn't bother they generally don't look at there emails :)
