Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Irish Military Events ?

    As somebody who's hobby is photography and is very keen on Irish Military affairs (avid reader of An Cosantoir!), does anybody know of any upcoming military displays etc... open to the public ? Usually I read about these in the paper after the event.
    I spent 5 years in the reserves, back in the 90's, and on one occasion we went to the glen to watch a night shoot by troops who were preparing to go to the Leb. Best display of firepower I've ever seen ! Yeah I know I'm biased but the smell of cordite in the air coupled with the ground vibrating beats anything you see on CNN ! If only I had the camera...
