    So, since apparently they're not answering emails and are refusing to pick up the phone on their support number (choosing instead to dump everything to voicemail all day)...

    I just, after waiting for two weeks, received the "blue box" I ordered.

    Unfortunately they've decided to 'preconfigure' it. Apparently that means changing its IP settings, and changing the password on the unit, and not bothering to tell me *what* they changed either to.

    So if anyone uses Eircon DSL and has one of these things, any chance you can post the unit password (it's not the default) for me?
